Here are the steps to start All Services in IBM InfoSphere Information Server on Windows

Step 01 : Start the WebSphere Server
Start -> All Programs -> IBM WebSphere -> Application Server v6 -> Profiles -> default -> Start the server

Step 02 : Start the ASB Agent
Start -> All Programs -> IBM Information Server -> Start the agent

Step 03 : Start DataStage services
Start -> Control Panel -> Double click on the DataStage icon to open it, Click Start All Services
